Giving to the Church

The Church was called Hephzibah - (see Isaiah, chapter 62 verse 4) - and still bears that name.

Which means "for the lord delighteth in thee"
The opening services of the Church in 1825 coincided with the ordination of the pastor, and successful meetings were held, when ministers and others, from neighbouring towns were present.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, we come before You with a humble heart, asking for the grace to be generous. Help us give freely of our time, talents, and resources to those who need it. May our acts of kindness reflect Your love for all of humanity
Amen.

We are so grateful for the many people who give so generously of their time to make things happen here...  Many hands do indeed make light work.
